They're great for smoko and also make an instant dessert with some custard or
ice cream.
We've kept cakes for up to 2 years and they seem to get better with age:

We've never had expiry dates on our vouchers. Recently we honoured a
voucher, signed by a staff member who hasn't worked here for 15 years.
